What happens to your name and phone number after you send a call back request.

The form fields
The call back form asks for four things: your name, a phone number, your ZIP code, and a choice from the "What happened?" list. When you press the button, the request also carries the IP address of your connection and which page of this site you sent it from. Those two go into the email along with your request. We never ask for your email, your insurance policy or any payment details.
Who sees your request
Your request comes to us as an email. We read it and call you back. We pass your name, number, ZIP code and what happened to a local restoration company so they can call you about the job. That is the only reason we share it. We don't sell your details to anyone else or add you to a mailing list.
What the site keeps
This website doesn't save requests in a database. The server code that sends the form on records error codes only, not your name, phone number or ZIP code. The request then sits in our email until we delete it.
Cloudflare
The site runs on Cloudflare, so Cloudflare handles your connection the way any web host does, including your IP address. The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a quick check that tells people from spam bots. Turnstile is run by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking scripts of its own.
Calls
We, or the company we connect you with, call only about the request you sent. If you would rather not get a call after all, just say so on the call and we'll stop.
Deleting your request
Want us to delete what you sent? Send another call back request with the same name and phone number, pick "Something else", and tell us on the call that you want your details deleted. We will delete your request from our email.
